Felicity Dowker is a speculative-fiction writer. Born in Hobart in 1980, she lives in Melbourne.

By 2008, Dowker had twelve short stories published and had been nominated for Aurealis Awards twice. In 2009, she won the Ditmar Award for Best New Talent and the Chronos Award for Best Fan Writer.
