BiographyHistory

Faith Baisden has worked with Indigenous language communities around Australia on reclaiming, reviving and ensuring the ongoing strength of traditional Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander languages. Baisden has worked with the State Library of Queensland on the Indigenous Languages Project and as coordinator of the Queensland Indigenous Languages Advisory Committee. She has also written and illustrated children's literature.
