Clinton Miller Mangatopi comes from the clan of Moantu, and his homeland is Karslake in the Northern Territory. In 1998 Mangatopi travelled to Sydney, New South Wales, to train at the National Aboriginal and Islander Skills Development Association. Later Mangatopi went back to his country, Bathurst Island, where he worked for Tiwi Tours, promoting his culture through his totem dance of the crocodile.
