Fiona Foley is a Badtjala woman, an artist and an academic. She is a Lecturer at Queensland College of Art and her book Biting the Clouds: A Badtjala perspective on The Aboriginals Protection and Restriction of the Sale of Opium Act, 1897 will be published by UQ Press in October 2020.
