BiographyHistory

'Umatji Tjitayi grew up in, and went to school in, Ernabella, where her mother was one of the first Anjangu  teachers. She has worked as a teacher all her adult life, first in Fregon and currently in Ernabella.'  (Source: Australian Aboriginal Studies 1, 2019)
