Notes

  • Richard Thompson alleged libel against Charkes Kemp and John Fairfax, the proprietors of the Sydney Morning Herald, over a letter published as an advertisement in the Herald. The letter, signed by Albert Spencer, is published in the Herald 24 February 1845 page 1, column 3.
