B. 1922 single work novel ;'In "Ensign Calder" Mr. Abott tells of the Adventure of various members of the 46th Regiment of Foot and its Commander, Major-General Lachlan Macquarie. It is an excellent volume of humor (sic) [and] a welcome addition ... for its interesting sidelights on a period of our history which has not had the attention of our authors that it deserves.'
