Mountain, Kaaron Warren , single work short story horror
A story about a woman driving across a ghost-haunted mountain. The mountain and its ghosts hold many secrets, which they don't always share with passers by. The woman, however, will see some of them. The reader learns a few more.
Creek, Kaaron Warren , single work short story horror
'Creek' is about quaking women who drowned in creeks. They claw their way through Australia's shallow creekbeds and call out, demanding to know what happened to their loved-ones. Olivia, the story's protagonist, first encountered them when she was young and has been haunted by them ever since.

Road, Kaaron Warren , single work short story horror
'Road' is a tale about an older couple who live at a black spot on the road (as in, a place where there are many accidents). They're quite used to injured people running up to their house and asking to use their phone (it's a mobile phone black spot too), and they always lay out a wreath for the accident victims. But is that all there is to it?'

Sky, Kaaron Warren , single work novella horror

'Zed has been haunted by the disappearance of a teacher who went missing not long after Zed brought the oddest item for 'show and tell' to school. Now 23, Zed decides to take matters into his own hands and goes out to search for answers. His search takes him to the small town of Sky, somewhere north-west of Sydney. It's known for its 'Cat Food Factory'. It is here that he meets a number of very strange individuals and undergoes experiences that will change him forever... and not for the better.'
