2Stories is a Locative Literature project by Matt Blackwood. Via scanning QR codes built from story elements, two narrated LocLit stories are experienced in the areas surrounding NGV Studio, that connect related characters at different points in time.

Sally is a waitress in a restaurant. When a customer questions the name of the restaurant, Sally begins to think about her own name, which she changed, so as not to make an issue of her indigenous New Zealand origins. At the end, she says her true name - Akaneki.

Paul is a tour guide whose job is to take visitors around Federation Square, NGV Studio and The Atrium in Melbourne. He is taking around a bored group of schoolchildren when he realises he would like to quit his job and travel with his girlfriend Akaneki instead.
