'Groundswell will present a multi-cultural arts forum at Carriageworks, Sydney. The forum will be an inclusive space for dialogue and networking for all forms of artists, researchers, cultural policy decision makers. In April 2012 on Friday 13 and Saturday 14 there will be a series of keynotes, panel sessions, breakout groups, open sessions, showcase events and networking opportunities. The forum will present a range of topics such as Industry Development, Presentation Platforms and Diverse Programming, Audience Development and Arts Practice that concern creative culture in New South Wales.'
