'The book is a collection of stories and poems that have featured in the monthly magazine, Brisbane Circle, for the past 12 months.
The Aunties, whose stories are told in the book, have been an inspiration to the staff and students at Southside Education Centre. Through their wisdom and guidance, the young women have learnt respect; respect for self family, elders, culture and country.
