Notes
-
Dedication: When you think of me
Think of the mountain and the sea
Think of the wind, the sun and the stars
And you will know that I am free
This book is dedicated to the memory of my husband Ted, whose devoted love for me and our children withstood the many hurdles that we encountered in our life together. A tribute is also paid to my mother who gave us her blessings.
