Hontanar is a monthly newsletter associated with the Spanish Language Programming of 2-RRR, Ryde Regional Radio. Each edition carries news and features from the Spanish-speaking world, reviews of books, music and events, as well as fiction and occasionally poetry.

Notes

  • In vol. 1, no. 11 (August 1992), Hontanar carried a clarification ('Aclaracion') regarding its financial independence: 'Hontanar no recibe subsidio alguno del Gobierno australiano (ni de ningun otro). Es una publicacion totalmente independiente, que no se produce usando dinero de los contribuyentes. Esta aclaracion es necesaria , ya que hay personas que pensaban que Hontanar estaba en esa situacion.
