Note: Craig Munro's The Wild Man of Letters : the Story of P. R. Stephensen (1984): 304 notes 'Pavlova (ghosted for Walford Hyden). London, Constable, 1931.' Also corroborated by the fact the Fryer Library copy is annotated by Stephensen 'With love from Percy London 1931'. Stephensen was in the habit of sending a copy of every work he wrote to his parents.
