Described in the Brisbane Courier as a three-hour entertainment comprising witty sketches, melodies, and dance numbers. One of the feature sketches was 'The Rest Cure' (starring Ike Delavale). Other highlights are said to have been Eddie Weston's whistling solos, the songs performed by juvenile singer Keith Barry, and the character impersonations of Jewish comedian Sam Stern.
One of the songs incoporated into the 1931 Brisbane production was 'Fairy Tales of Ireland' (sung by Colleen Hope).

- Director Charles Delavale; Music Director Nina Hutton.
- Troupe: Ike Delavale's Metropolitan Star Company.
- Cast incl. Charles Delavale, Ron Shand, Elvie Stagpoole, Marie La Varre, Lewola Brothers, Colleen Hope, Reg Desmond, Doris Tindall, Lee Murray, Jeanette and Vince, Alma Patterson, Sam Stern, and the Red Hot Peppers.
- Musicians Six Royal Syncopators.
- Presented as the first-part entertainment, it was followed by the revusical Yankee Doodle.
- Sam Stern, a member of the George Sorlie Vaudeville and Revue Company around 1931-1932, undertook a temporary engagement with Delavale's troupe while Sorlie staged his Mother Grundy pantomime in Brisbane. Stern returned to the Sorlie troupe in early January 1932.
