This thesis examines the history of Fanfrolico Press (1923-1930), the London-based publishing initiative of John Kirtley, Jack Lindsay and P.R. Stephensen. It argues that Fanfrolico Press made an important contribution to literary life and the production and distribution of books in both Australia and England in the 1920s. A detailed bibliography of Fanfrolico publications is also provided.
