Author's note: This story is set in western Queensland, Australia. Many of my characters are types who live there but in no instance is any person or persons, living or dead, depicted in these pages. All the characters, the cattle stations, western towns and all the situations are my own creations. The author will discuss in another book further scientific and theological subjects and their implications.
