Thylacines and the Anthropocene
Through twenty-one examples, this poem demonstrates how the extinct thylacine lives on in popular Australian images, myth, and memory. The 'beer label' sighting, for instance, may refer to the Tasmanian brewing company Cascade which uses the thylacine in its branding.
