A documentary that examines the long Aboriginal occupation of Australia and the spectacular changes that occurred before and after the arrival of Europeans. Generations of Aboriginal Australians saw the great rising of the seas that isolated Australia and very likely influenced the sweeping changes in vegetation and wildlife. This film (which shows the Aboriginal Australians triumphant in their discovery of the land and triumphant in their mastery of its contrasting climates, seasons, and resources) is presented in three parts: 1. 'The First Invaders'; 2. 'Reign of the Wanderers'; and 3. 'Sails of Doom.'
