Australian Children's Books by Marcie Muir and Kerry White (Melbourne: Melbourne University Press, 1992-2003) indicate that this book was published in 1924. However, the 'New Books' section of the December 1921 issue of Corroboree (p. 8) lists The Sleeping Sea-Nymph as a newly published work for October of that year.
