AbstractHistoryArchive Description

The authors note the cultural enrichment of English literature by the influence of other non-European cultures such as the Nigerian, West Indian, Indian, Canadian and Australian. They observe that cross-cultural influencing is a two-way transaction, and discuss national culture and tradition particularly in relation to the literature of Australia and India.
