Notes

  • Song cycle containing eight numbered lyrics on the themes of Eve and the Garden of Eden. Three of the lyrics (numbers 1, 4 and 7) form Gwen Harwood's poetry sequence 'Songs of Eve : To James Penberthy'. The other five lyrics are most probably also by Harwood but the attribution is uncertain and they are are not published elsewhere.
