(p. 3)Humorous poem on proposals to move the Moreton Bay settlement and port from Brisbane to Cleveland, on the shores of Moreton Bay. In his futuristic dream, 'Frederick' returns to a desolate and deserted Brisbane, where, in a state of great consternation, he eventually encounters one last remaining soul, who reassures him that the former inhabitants of the town have not died, but have simply moved to the new settlement at Cleveland Point.
