From the judgement of the Presiding Magistrate L. E. Clarke from the prosecution by the Crown in Adelaide, charging Max Harris with distributing immoral, indecent or obscene writing in Angry Penguins. Max Harris was convicted and fined five pounds or six weeks imprisonment.
