BiographyHistory

Helen Katsinis came to South Australia with her parents as a baby. She attended Seaton High School and studied at the University of Adelaide and the University of South Australia.

While working as a librarian, she took a correspondence course in writing and in 1999 she won second prize in the Katharine Susannah Prichard Foundation Science Fiction/Fantasy Award with her story 'Enchanted'.
