Tim's secret plan involves painting stripes on Elvis so he resembles a Tasmanian tiger, and fooling visitors by telling them his town has the one and only Tasmanian tiger left on earth. But when he discovers that Tasmanians aren't extinct after all, Tim comes up with an even better plan. He decides to save these rare animals, and before long his dog is famous, and he is infamous.
