BiographyHistory

Harold Bolitho was an historian and emeritus professor of Japanese history at Harvard University, Massachusetts. He grew up in Melbourne, Victoria, and moved to the United States in 1985 to take up a chair in the department of East Asian languages and civilisations at Harvard University.
