BiographyHistory

The novels listed by this author were written by the same person, despite different author birth dates (e.g. 1912 and 1936) appearing in various reference sources. The 1936 attribution was probably caused by confusion with an English writer of the same name who was born in that year. On the dust wrapper of The Blue Comedian (1968) Ford's age is given as 42. He also wrote film and television scripts, including "The Big Day".
