BiographyHistory

Listed by Loder and Flanagan as the pseudonym of authors Hugh Munro and G. Stannus, and described as 'the funniest crime character in the business', 'Jason' was the 'putative author of his own adventures'. The 'Jason' detective novels were published during the 1950s in popular cheap 'pulp' editions; this was an 'Australian series with an unknown number of titles published locally'.

The following two works are listed by Loder and Flanagan under the pseudonym 'Jason', however, it may be that they were written by A. C. Watkins (q.v.): Honolulu Slay Ride (1959) and Three's a Shroud (1959).
