BiographyHistory

Darcy Meek was a New South Wales school teacher. During World War I he served in the 2nd Battalion AIF, initially at Gallipoli and then in France. He was wounded on several occasions. His brothers Cyril and Lance also served in the 2nd Battalion AIF during World War I. Cyril was killed in action at Gallipoli, Lance was killed in action in France.
