Gladwin has also written Reaching for the Sun (1948), the account of a yacht journey from England to Sydney. He also wrote a travel book on the Caroline Islands region. The available evidence indicates that the novel The Legacy from Nowhere was written by another Peter Gladwin (q.v.).
