Notes

  • E. Morris Miller and Frederick T. Macartney's Australian Literature : A Bibliography to 1938: Extended to 1950 (1956): 412 lists John Rowcroft as the author of Rhyme and Rhythm (1915) and Non-Pretentious Verses (1917). This seems almost certainly a spelling error as J. H. Hornibrook's Bibliography of Queensland Verse (1953): 66 asserts the author of these publications was John Roycroft and provides biographical information about the author.
