BiographyHistory

English bibliographer Phil Stephensen-Payne regularly supplied UK publishing data to Locus magazine from 1986 to the beginning of 1994. He has compiled, often in collaboration with Gordon Benson Jr, a number of bibliographies of science fiction writers. Since the late 1990s he has overseen the publication of the Galactic Central Publications website.
