'Marjorie examines herself in the mirror. She prods at the wrinkles under her eyes and around her mouth. She draws her skin back with her hands until it's pulled tight across her face. She stares at herself. She looks weird, like a greyhound. The kids have gone for the weekend and she wonders what to do. She pushes her skin forward, her cheeks, the soft skin around her eyes.
