— Appears in: The Queenslander , 17 September 1936; (p. 5,7) A new teacher arrives in town with his pet German Shepherd. The local people assume his dog is a sheep killer and so keep their children away from school and threaten the teacher and his dog. When a child is missing his dog finds her and also kills the real sheep killer.
