BiographyHistory

Bùi Xuân Vũ was born in Thai Binh, North of Vietnam. He migrated to the South and settled in Xuan Loc in 1954 when Vietnam was divided into halves by the Geneva Agreement. Bùi Xuân Vũ studied law at the Saigon University between 1970 and 1975. He has published Tôi Chọn Chiến Tranh (1987) and Tình nước (2000).
