BiographyHistory

Mrs Chester was an actress and a singer who performed in Hobart and at the Theatre Royal, Sydney, in 1835 and 1836. Reputedly an experienced performer at London's Drury Lane and Covent Garden, she had enthusiastic responses to her performances in productions such as Clari; or The Maid in Milan, and No Song, No Supper.
