BiographyHistory

Artist and illustrator, Wanda Radford produced numerous cover designs for the noted journal, The Home: An Australian Quarterly. She also regularly contributed illustrations to the pages of this influential publication.

Radford was originally an actress, working as a child in Australia and then successfully in Europe. She then studied art in Paris, Italy, and Austria, with an early focus on theatrical work (i.e., stage sets). She returned to Australia as an adult.
