R. C. Hyslop migrated to Australia in 1964 from the United States. He is the author of Birth of a Principality, on Hutt River Province, Western Australia, and The Man, His Royal Highness Prince Leonard, Sovereign of the Hutt River Province Principality (An Independent Sovereign State).
