AbstractHistoryArchive Description

'Ghenoa Gela has choreographed a new work that represents the four winds that prescribe life in the islands of the Torres Strait. The winds are elemental forces that predict when to plant, to harvest and even when to mourn. Ghenoa explores the characteristics of each wind through dance and weaves a complex web of interlacing creation stories, told in a contemporary way.' (Source: Awaye website)
