'Captain Magee is like a fish out of water when his beloved rust bucket the SS Cobargo is repossessed by the Bartlett Stirling Consortium. In a lively escapade across the Australian bush, Magee shanghais Stirling's daughter Veronica in a beat-up truck and sets out to find her father. However, Magee has his hands full trying to steer a straight course with the lady aboard.'
