AbstractHistoryArchive Description

'One Page: Brisbane is Brisbane’s fastest-growing literary magazine. It aims to open up Brisbane to the world by bringing together a collection of thinkers, feelers, readers, writers, and creators. Every story either relates to Brisbane or is written by a Brisbane-based author. Our magazine provides short, evocative snapshots of Brisbane’s cultural life.

'If you are a local writer, artist, journalist, photographer, or poet we would love to publish your work. We are always on the lookout for interesting artworks and good writing; we publish illustrations and photographs, short stories, poems, articles, profiles, and reviews. We admire compelling flash fiction that places strong characters in interesting situations. Our magazine is compact and easy-to-read—most written items are between 600 and 1000 words in length. Longer stories can be serialised across multiple issues.' (Publication summary)
