AbstractHistoryArchive Description

This dry black comedy is set in the future, when civil servants in a numberless room, long forgotten, in the bowels of the intergalactic civil service are trying to decide what to do with a rogue planet, hell bent on destroying itself.

It is their responsibility to administer a “backward sector” of the galaxy which includes a troublesome little planet called Sol 3, where the dominant species have been out of control for millennia…

Can you guess which planet?

Put yourself in the shoes of an overworked cosmic bureaucrat, responsible for millions of planets, deciding what to do with one which is misbehaving.
