AbstractHistoryArchive Description
'The story of a girl in the city, who loves rainbows and laments that the lack of rain has removed them from her world. Inspired by the colour all around her - of objects, of animals, of street art - she creates her own versions of rainbows, in doing so making the sky cry with happiness, bringing back the rainbows. The book features an original design by Robyn Chiles of "the girl", and she is illustrated in various action poses super-imposed over striking photographs of urban settings taken by Rachel Williams.Peter Warrington's story provides the narrative.'
