A version was produced by Ronald Mason for the BBC's Afternoon Theatre (broadcast on 14 December 1966) with the following cast:
Russell Napier (Kevin Donnelly), Laurel Mather (Gloria Donnelly), Nigel Graham (Joe Donnelly), Lynn Rainbow (Katherine Donnelly), Trader Faulkner (Ben Donnelly), and Davilia O'Connor (Eileen Howard).
