BiographyHistory

Moni Poblete was born in a town close to Barranquilla on the Colombian Caribbean. She studied teaching and graduated as Primary School teacher. Poblete moved to Argentina and in 1974 she migrated with her Argentinian husband to Australia. She became involved in the literary group Palabras in 1997.
