BiographyHistory

William Fenton Roulston, son of Harvey Roulston, was the proprietor of the Dandenong Journal. He was a president of the Victorian Provincial Press Association and of the Australian Provincial Press Association. He was also a president of the Dandenong Agricultural Society, a member of the Mechanics' Institute and hospital committees, and a member of the Dandenong Rotary Club, the Oddfellows' Lodge and the Masonic order.
