BiographyHistory

Saraid Taylor was signed for six years to the Jayco franchise in the WNBL as a development player, and later signed with the Richmond Tigers in the AFLW. She has been longlisted for the Kat Muscat Fellowship, and her writing has been shortlisted in a number of writing competitions: she won the 2021 Neilma Sidney Short Story Prize for 'The Leveller'.

In August 2022, UQP announced that they had acquired her debut novel, Flinch, set in the world of elite sport.
