AbstractHistoryArchive Description

'Charlotte has always loved a crisis. She likes to think she gets it from her family. The Hungarian side of her family, that is. The side she always tells stories about.

'The show interweaves storytelling, dance, poetry, re-enactments, documentary footage from the National Film and Sound Archives, and more than your average amount of collages, to unravel Charlotte’s obsession with her family’s escape, and examine the impact that this event had on her grandmother, Lily, and years later, on Charlotte herself.'
