Dedication: This novel was made so much richer through my fannish friendships, so of course it is dedicated to all my friends in fandom. I have carefully place Easter eggs in entirely inappropriate places, just for them. I like naming one person to represent the many and that person here is Milena Benini. I miss her so much.
